1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w99 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the services available at w99.buzz. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on this platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and w99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active w99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. w99 strictly prohibits the use of its services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the jurisdiction in which that person is located.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information updated thereafter.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, or close relative of an employee of w99 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming partners.

w99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending balances pending the completion of KYC procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the w99 platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. w99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your account credentials are kept confidential and are not shared with any third party. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not permit any other person to use your w99 account to place bets, access the cashier, or claim bonuses on your behalf.
• You will notify w99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or other device to access or interact with the platform in a way that is not sanctioned by w99.
• You will log out of your w99 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

w99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted through supported local payment channels. The currently supported channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. w99 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the w99 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification having been successfully completed.
• w99 reserves the right to delay or suspend processing of any withdrawal if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made using funds that do not belong to the account holder are strictly prohibited. w99 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

w99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own fees in accordance with their terms of service. Players are advised to check applicable fees directly with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

w99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer at the time it is made available:

• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier will be displayed at the time of the offer and in the player's active bonus panel.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming activities on the w99 platform and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to a bonus offer, that limit will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• w99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will remain subject to the terms under which they were originally issued.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage play, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or collusion with other players to extract bonus value — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

6 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on the w99 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and certified by the respective game providers. w99 does not alter game outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Placing bets or accessing games using any software, script, bot, or automated system not expressly authorised by w99.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market, whether through communication, chip dumping, or any other means.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or system fault that results in bets or payouts that would not otherwise have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Using another person's account or payment method, or allowing another person to use yours, for any purpose whatsoever.

Where a game outcome is voided due to a technical fault or error on the part of the provider or the platform, the affected bet will be refunded to the player's account at the original stake amount. w99 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connectivity issues or device failure during an active game session.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

w99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• w99 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• The player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or other conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to feel compulsive, distressing, or financially harmful, we encourage players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within the w99 account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the w99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of w99 or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the w99 platform without the prior written consent of w99. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if w99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

w99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Amendments to These Terms

w99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, w99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address associated with their account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Your continued use of the w99 platform after any revision has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. w99 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. w99 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawful in all locations.
